The InteliNeo 530 BESS StarterKit is a high-fidelity portable simulation platform engineered for integrators and developers to validate complex Energy Management System (EMS) logic without the risks of high-voltage hardware. Built around the InteliNeo 530 BESS controller, the kit enables comprehensive emulation of critical communication signals between the controller, Battery Management System (BMS), and Power Conversion System (PCS), allowing for full behavioural testing within MINT applications, including sophisticated DC start-up and pre-charge sequences.

    Overview
The hardware interface features 8 tactile levers for binary inputs and 4 precision potentiometers for analog signals, providing real-time manual control over simulated asset parameters such as energy storage voltages, State of Charge (SoC), and current profiles. Complete with a built-in USB interface for seamless PC integration, the StarterKit facilitates rapid firmware deployment and configuration via ComAp software tools, ensuring a robust environment for pre-commissioning and troubleshooting.  

The InteliNeo530 BESS Starterkit offers:  

  • High-Fidelity Hardware Emulation: Provides a safe, low-voltage environment to validate InteliNeo 530 BESS controller logic, removing the risk and necessity of high-voltage hardware during the development phase. 
  • Complete MINT Application Simulation: Enables full behavioral testing of MINT (Multiple Integration) applications, including complex DC orchestration and all system-specific start-up and pre-charge sequences. 
  • BMS & PCS Signal Integration: Emulates critical communication and signal exchange between the controller, Battery Management System, and Power Conversion System to ensure seamless site integration. 
  • Tactile Hardware Interface: Equipped with 8 binary levers and 4 precision potentiometers, allowing users to manually manipulate real-time asset telemetry such as SoC, voltage, and current. 
  • Rapid Configuration & Deployment: Features a built-in USB interface for immediate PC connectivity, facilitating firmware or configuration updates and logic adjustments via standard ComAp configuration tools.
